Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of CREDashboard (the “Platform”), an internal operations system operated by BPS Partners FL (“we”, “us”). By signing in, you agree to these terms.
Who can use it
Access is limited to authorized BPS Partners employees, contractors, and designated third parties who have been individually invited by an administrator. You may not share your credentials, transfer your account, or use someone else's account.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your password and multi-factor authentication device secure. Tell an administrator immediately if you suspect either has been compromised.
- Use the Platform only for legitimate BPS Partners business. Don't use it to harass, defraud, or harm others; don't store or process information unrelated to our operations.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, probe for vulnerabilities, or otherwise circumvent the Platform's security controls. Reach out about a finding instead: security@bps-partners.com.
- Comply with applicable laws — including fair-housing, anti-discrimination, collections, debt-recovery, and email-marketing regulations — when using the Platform's features.
AI-assisted features
The Platform uses AI to suggest email drafts, generate summaries, and surface attention items. AI output is a starting point, not a final answer. You are responsible for reviewing every AI-generated draft for accuracy, tone, and legal/business appropriateness before it is sent. Don't blindly send AI output, especially for collections, lease, or legal matters.
Email sent through the Platform
Emails sent from send.bps-partners.com through the Platform are operational, not marketing. They are tied to a specific business relationship (a tenant, vendor, lead, or counterparty). Recipients can reply directly to any message; the reply is logged in the corresponding record.
Data ownership
BPS Partners owns the operational records stored in the Platform. Team members do not have personal ownership of records they create or actions they take in the course of their work; on departure, account access is revoked but the records remain.
Confidentiality
Information in the Platform — tenant lease terms, financials, vendor agreements, deal pipelines, internal correspondence — is confidential BPS Partners business information. Don't copy, share, or discuss it outside what your role requires.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no guarantees. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages (Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Anthropic), or unexpected incidents. We monitor uptime and respond to outages per the internal runbook.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, or that data will never be lost despite our backup procedures.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BPS Partners is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for access to the Platform in the prior twelve months — which, for internal users, is typically zero.
Termination
We may revoke access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including departure from BPS Partners, role change, suspected compromise, or violation of these terms. On termination, your account is disabled within 24 hours and your active sessions are invalidated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version. For material changes, we'll notify users via email or in-app notice; continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
